The CARL is not a Moral Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Library, but we can still set you up with access to their virtual resources. Register for an MWR Virtual Library account by filling out the form at the bottom of the screen here. To register, you must be stationed at or living around Fort Leavenworth and the Sponsor must have an MWR Library Account prior to dependents. You will be contacted via email once your registration is complete.
If you are not stationed here and there is not an Army library at your location, you can request an account by emailing usarmy.mwr.library@mail.mil
